Welcome to PrimePath Transport LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile platform, and chauffeur services. By accessing our site or booking a ride, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions

"Customer" — The person or entity booking a ride (referred to as "you" or "your").

"Driver" — The chauffeur assigned to fulfill a booking.

"Service" — Ground transportation provided by our chauffeurs.

"Booking" — A confirmed reservation for our services.
3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation reference number via email or SMS. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing, fraudulent activity, or weather-related safety concerns.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices quoted at the time of booking are estimates based on the information provided. The final price may vary due to actual distance traveled, time taken, wait time, tolls, or additional services requested. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless a corporate account or alternative arrangement has been approved in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking total. No-shows will be charged in full. Hourly bookings follow the same cancellation rules based on the scheduled start time.
6. Modifications to Bookings
Changes to pickup time, location, or vehicle type are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply. Changes made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup cannot be guaranteed.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations.

Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.

Ensure all passengers comply with applicable seatbelt and child safety laws.

Do not transport illegal goods, weapons, or hazardous materials.

Do not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in the vehicle.

Treat the driver and vehicle with respect. Damage caused by the customer will be charged.
8. Driver & Vehicle
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles with a similar or upgraded class without prior notice. All drivers are licensed, insured, and background-checked. Driver behavior and appearance meet our professional standards, but we cannot guarantee specific driver assignments.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative transportation or reschedule the booking at no additional cost.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to missed flights, business losses, or personal inconvenience. We strongly recommend travel insurance for high-value trips.
11. Lost Property
We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. If you believe you left an item, contact us immediately and we will make reasonable efforts to locate it. Items held for more than 30 days may be disposed of or donated.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of PrimePath or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
14. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our platform.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrimePath is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
